Peaceful Hearts Dolls are made by hand, so quantities are limited. Although they are all cut from the same pattern, each doll develops his or her own loveable personality as it comes together. Because of this, the doll you purchase may not look exactly like the doll you see in the picture, but we are sure you will love it. Each Peaceful Hearts Doll is approximately 18" tall, not including the hair

Hair is made from various yarns and/or fabric - fiber content is listed with each doll

Dolls are made of either natural colored cotton muslin, or dyed cotton fabric

Stuffing is polyester fiberfill

Unless specified otherwise, dolls are machine washable in cold water on a delicate cycle. We recommend the use of a lingerie bag for laundering. Dry on low temperature. Texture of hair may be somewhat different after washing (think of what happens when you wash a sweater or scarf.) A "Tide to Go stick" is good for removing spots

The faces are made with buttons for eyes and a wooden bead for the nose

Because of the buttons and beads, we do not recommend our dolls for children under 4. However, we can embroider the facial features at no charge for the safety of small children - see 'customize your doll' on the shopping page for embroidered face features
